AIA Indonesia currently looking for Actuary Financial Management & Planning with below responsibility :

Review monthly reporting related to Agency compensation, and ensure accurate implementation related to Agency and Bancassurance compensation system, assessing campaigns both from risk and financial perspective, and build tracking dashboard.

:

• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system
• Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Work closely with Financial Management and Planning team in assessing campaigns from distribution channels to make sure within allowable

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Sciences or related major
2. Minimum 7 year experiences in Actuary
3. Has a strong experience with Prophet Modelling
4. Associate /Fellowship in a recognized actuarial professional (PAI/IFOA/SOA)
5. Proactive and responsible with strong ownership of projects assigned to him or her
6. Strong technical skill , analytical and project management skill
7. Fluent communication in English
8. Strong in Presentation skills
9. Adequate skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
