Account Receivable Jobs

AYANA Hospitality is a leading hospitality company seeking an experienced Account Receivable candidate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Process and post cash receipts to accounts receivable
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with customers to resolve invoicing and payment queries
• Generate and send customer invoices
• Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
• Manage and maintain accounts receivable records
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable in the hospitality industry preferred
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and management
