We are looking for an experienced 3D rendering and visualisation specialist, with excellent rendering and animation skills, who can combine expertise with creativity. In this role you will be responsible for producing high quality 3D representations (renderings, animations and videos).

The ideal candidate is someone with relevant experience working with or at an international architecture or 3D design studio, with an outstanding portfolio and visual sensibility. Animation is a definite plus, especially motion graphics.

As the Visual Renderer, you’ll carry the tall order of bringing our vision for one-of-a-kind hospitality destinations to life! You will be in charge of visualising design concepts through creating high-quality computer-rendered images which will be used for marketing materials, internal design processes, and prospect / client presentations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the Marketing team to product photorealistic images for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media
• Manage rendering files and asset to ensure they are properly organised and stored for future use
• Work closely with the design project team to ensure all concepts throughout the revision process are accurately reflected in all renderings
• Stay up to date with the latest rendering software and techniques to continually improve the quality and efficiency of rendering production
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations of our luxury hospitality projects and products
• Ensure that all renderings are delivered on time and meet the company’s quality standards

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• 3+ years of experience in 3D rendering and visualisation, preferably in the Hospitality or real estate industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a self-disciplined way
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Passion for hospitality and design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand identity
• Highly skilled in rendering software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
• You are excited by multicultural, fast-paced environments
• You are a self-starter who takes ownership and pride in your work
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative with an ability to simulate realistic bespoke material
