**Job Posting: Human Resources Specialist**
We are excited to announce that our growing company is seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the Indonesia market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the human resources department. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and ensuring our company is compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations.
**Requirements**
1. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, both in verbal and written forms.
2. Past work experience, particularly from e-commerce platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli is preferred.
3. Have a good understanding of the TikTok Live E-commerce field, with a certain foundational knowledge about MCN, TSP and other e-commerce platform service agencies.
4. The ability to respond quickly and adapt to intense work time requirements.
5. Extensive experience in HR and administrative work, with a deep understanding of the related Indonesian laws and regulations.
6. At least five years of work experience in the relevant field.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range from 5,000 to 10,000 RMB per month which is approximately between 10,500,000 to 21,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah (exact exchange rate may vary). Other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
