Marketing Product Development Manager Jobs

Manage development and production timeline to ensure samples and finished products are delivered ON TIME, ON SPECS, ON BUDGET.

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Footwear industry.

Casual shoes experience is a must.

Solid knowledge of product development, commercialization and footwear production process.

Good technical knowledge of pattern/tooling.

Establish and oversee QA/QC standards to ensure all finished products comply with brand quality standards.

7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development and Market Research

Excellent time management and project management skills

Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning

Identify new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis that enhance our range, brand positioning, and experience

Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and attention to detail

4. At Minimum 5 years of work experience in product management

11. Experience guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting

5. Experience working as a Product Manager in a technology or start up company/ business consultant background.

8. Able to applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals

2. Conduct and draw insights from competitive analysis between the brand, competitors and trends.

3. Optimize all sales & marketing funnel to create awareness, conversion and increase sales.
