Define specifications, gather, and analyze user requirements to meet business needs and business opportunities.

Create business requirement document (FSD and BRD), and project flow; discuss and give suggestions of best practices to the client.

Together with the project manager, determine the project’s timeline, assist development, provide information & data from business point of view.

Create test case based on user requirements.

Marketing, or equivalent practical experience

• 5 years experience as Sales in a company IT Service

• Have experience in a customer-facing role, interacting with

• Experience collaborating with partners, systems integrators and party developers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical fields, Business,

executive stakeholders, encourage technical/programme implementation
