Lead discussion with developers and vendors to document technical implementation approach

Producing low level Technical Document based on Technical Workshop and Architecture Design Document which guide developers in developing the required application

Have knowledge and experience about Banking Industry

Have good knowledge and experience with Technical Document(FSD & BRD)

Perform Requirement Analysis From Customer And Translate To Technical (Software Developer) Team

Have good knowledge about Point Of Sale solution

Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) will be advantage

Initiate And Take Responsibility For FSD Document Creation

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di Product Development & System Development Life Cycle.

Berpengalaman dalam menggunakan metodologi Agile & Scrum.

Mampu merancang dan menyusun Functional Spesification & Design (FSD).

Mampu menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi konsep detail pengembangan system aplikasi.

Dapat menguasai collaboration tools (ex: jira, trello, miro, figma, dsb).

Mempunyai pengetahuan mengenai Software Design, Design API and Microservice Design

• Understand software project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.

• Analyzing the solutions and timelines offered to clients can be implemented in accordance with existing resources

• Creating a Preliminary Design and Requirements Analysis Documentation (RAD) against the Business Requirements Documentation (BRD)

1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst

2-3 years of experience as a Programmer

3 years of working experience as IT Business Analyst or related field is required

Mandatory experienced in SAP MM or another module can be considerable

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation (ERD, TSD)

Experience in agile delivery and tracking using JIRA

Familiar with SQL query and powerful system design knowledge

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree In Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

Manage product knowledge and integrate existing production processes with new business requirements.

Minimum 2 year of experience working as a system analyst or handling the same responsibilities.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the field related to FSCM.

Min 9 years working experience with 3 years in managerial position

Strong Business Analysis, Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle

Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations

Knowledgeable in computer programming, database design, enterprise software, operating systems and hardware

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in the financial technology (fintech) industry.

Create and maintain database scripts to support various processes and reporting requirements.

Support with reporting requirements by creating and maintaining data report

Analytical experience creating cases and reports

Troubleshoot and correct irregularities in disparate data systems in order to maintain data quality and ensure accurate reporting.

Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major

Experience & proficiency in using SAP MM - Material Management

Well-understanding of Material management (transaction, master data, and reporting)

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position
