This includes developing and executing HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic goals, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team. The Senior HR Business Partner is also responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
