Role Overview :

We are searching a right person to be a WooCommerce Product Import to join our team. Your role will be essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient import of products into WooCommerce. As a WooCommerce Product Import, your main responsibility will involve the meticulous and organized entry of product information into WooCommerce. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in maintaining a comprehensive and visually appealing product catalog, enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Accurately input and manage product data, including descriptions, images, prices, and attributes, within the WooCommerce platform.
2. Ensure consistency and precision in product information, promptly addressing any discrepancies or errors.
3. Monitor inventory levels and update product availability status as required.
4. Stay informed about WooCommerce updates and best practices to contribute to platform enhancements.

Requirements :

1. Already graduated from High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a bonus.
2. Understand Google Spreadsheet & Calendar.
3. Fluent in English is a must.
4. Proven experience in data entry and management, preferably within an e-commerce or online retail environment.
5. Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms is a plus (at least understand how to add, edit, remove the product).
6. Effective communication skills for collaborative interactions with cross-functional teams.
7. Have an access to a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Salary : 1,000,000 IDR per month (we'll do it for the first two months, we can increase the salary and extend your contract after a few assestment)
