Job Description
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a Must, English is a Plus
  • Executing partner orders via email or phone
  • Prepare rundown and doing meeting with client
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Good negotiation skill, presentation skill, logical thinking, high initiative, and a determined person
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer inquiries
  • Help partner to check availability to vendor
  • Briefing team for wedding day
  • Check data accuracy in orders and prepare invoice to partner
  • Basic computer skills is a must
  • Request payment to finance team
  • Good communication skills,flexible learning ability and strong desire to develop
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Hard-working ,careful and strong responsibility
  • Ability to build relationship with all types of people
  • Self-motivated and willing to undertake pressure
