Web Developer (React.js)

The Puzzlers is a high-end digital agency with the HQ in Berlin, Germany. For our office in Bali we're seeking a creative web developer (React).

We are offering a full-time, 40-hour per week position in our Bali office.

(4 days work week + 1 day self-development)

Your responsibilities:

As a web developer, you will be tasked with building high-end, custom websites with React, while working with a small team of UX and UI designers, SEO analysts and stakeholders.

Further responsibilities include:

• Maintain internal libraries and starter projects
• Review and implement designs and design systems created in Figma
• Write clean and maintainable frontend code
• Build flexible, component-based website systems with Gatsby
• Research and develop solutions for animations and complex layouts

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years and React experience, who can think outside the box, and combine an in-depth understanding of frontend programming with an eye for design. We are looking for people striving to build high-quality, creative websites, who are familiar with best practices and the latest technologies and concepts.

Essential skills include experience creating custom websites, excellent English skills (speaking), willingness to learn new skills, self-motivation and good communication.

Nice-to-have skills include proficiency with GraphQL, previous experience with Next.js or Gatsby and animation libraries such as gsap and framer-motion.
