Warehouse Associate Jobs

Position Overview:

We're looking for Warehouse staff that are able to responsible for ensuring warehouse division started from the process of receiving goods until the goods go out to customers, ensure all procedures comply with company rules, and ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of all personnelin warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Can make calculations and record reports of warehouse goods stock either manually or using a computer program (Microsoft Excel) daily or monthly in a predetermined time (movement of goods).
• Control and be responsible for the storage of goods from loss, theft, fire and obsolescence.
• Planning and implement improvement projects
• Responsible for the accuracy of warehouse reports.
• Handle the return process.
• Fully responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain service quality by adhering to organizational standards.
• Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness in the goods warehouse area.
• Responsible for the availability and stock of warehouse goods.
• Conduct daily & monthly warehouse stock audits (Stock Opname).
• Coordinating loading orders (DO) and travel documents.

Qualifications

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
• Min. Education Diploma III in any major
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
