This is a full-time on-site role for a waiter or waitress at Nirwana Gardens Resort located in Bintan. The primary responsibilities of the role include taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service. The waiter or waitress is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area.

• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work well in a team environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and handling
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
