Job Description

  • Liaising with operational staff on arranging displays
  • Monitoring feedback and escalate accordingly with regards to the impact of visual merchandising actions on the business
  • Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy according to standards across the region, in line with brand guidelines
  • Analyzing visual merchandising trends within the region and provide regular detailed feedback to key stakeholders in order to drive and support the business
  • Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through purchasing decisions
  • Monitoring costs and work within budget
  • Overseeing the production of food displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
Requirements


  • High sensitivity of details and understanding of product categories
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser for min. 2 years
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
