As a Villa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the villa operations within the wellness retreat, and maintaining high-quality standards in all areas. This role involves developing and supervising the villa staff, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff. Recruiting, training, and leading the team to ensure high-quality service that aligns with the retreat's goals and objectives, and fostering an agile, learning-focused work environment. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing new strategies, and providing feedback on services, amenities, and programs to enhance retreat guests' experience.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in villa or resort management

Qualifications:

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, possesses a strong work ethic, and can establish positive relationships with colleagues across all departments
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Excellent time and workload management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Knowledge of Balinese culture is an asset
• High attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
