Job Description

As a Villa Manager at Bali Love Story, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our villas in Bali. Your primary focus will be on providing an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the properties are well-maintained and managed to the highest standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Adhere to local regulations and laws governing villa operations.
  • Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of the villas, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Ensure that all aspects of the properties are well-maintained and meet our quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance guest satisfaction and employee morale.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the villas and contribute to sales efforts. Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitors to optimize rental rates and occupancy.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage villa expenses, budgets, and revenue generation. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience. Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, and address any guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to and understanding of the local culture and customs in Bali.
  • Have own motorbike.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address guest and operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs and operational demands.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using hospitality management software and standard office applications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written is a must!
  • Hospitality Experience 1-2 years: A proven track record in hospitality management, ideally in luxury villa or hotel operations. Experience in Bali's hospitality industry will be an advantage.
