We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team at AWSTOUR. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual content that captures the essence of our travel experiences. You will collaborate with our creative team to edit and produce videos that inspire wanderlust, drive engagement, and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and improvement of video production processes and workflows.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging video editing techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our video content.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as videographers, photographers, and content creators, to create cohesive multimedia projects.
• Ensure that video projects are delivered within established timelines while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an organized and easily accessible video library.
• Enhance video quality through color grading, audio adjustments, and other post-production techniques.
• Craft engaging narratives by selecting and arranging footage in a way that tells a compelling story.
• Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations to elevate the overall visual appeal of the videos.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into captivating travel videos that align with AWSTOUR's brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects, ensuring that they meet the desired objectives and convey the desired emotions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking feedback and incorporating changes as necessary.
• Knowledge of visual effects and motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with the ability to convey emotions and messages effectively through visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating visually captivating content in the travel industry.
• Solid understanding of video editing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, pacing, and timing.
