• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to improve engagement and performance.
• Work with Social Media team to ensure that the copy is effectively translated into high-quality content.
• Experiment with new concepts and styles to create innovative and attention-grabbing content.
• Create copy for TikTok posts, including captions, hashtags, and descriptions.
• Conduct research on current trends and popular contents on TikTok.
• Ensure that the content aligns with brand’s message and resonates with target audience.
• Collaborate with Content team to develop creative concepts for TikTok posts.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media content creation.

Requirements

• Possess knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
• Strong attention to detail and able to produce high-quality work under tight deadline.
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Undergraduate student or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related fields is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang, on a daily basis.
• Capable of working in flexible hours.
• Have an active TikTok account that is used for creating TikTok content.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent writing skills and able to develop engaging content.
• Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
