Vice Principal Jobs

Responsibilities

• Helping teachers maximise their teaching potential
• Hold regular meetings with parents and administrators
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, and community involvement
• Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the school
• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
• Assist the Principal with curriculum development and assessment
• Participate in professional learning activities, and continually seek ways to better classroom effectiveness
• Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
• Provide guidance, support, and assistance to student leaders and teachers

Qualifications

• Familiar with UK or British curriculum or IB Curriculum
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
• Good analysis and strong at problem solving
• Strong leadership with good communication skills
• Master's degree in Education (Overseas graduates are welcome to apply)
• Minimum 2 years experience as Vice Principal
