Program Description

We are seeking a UX Designer Intern to join our team and help us enhance our products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, creative, and have a strong understanding of tech industry. Our 6-months Internship Program will enable you to learn first hand about day to day operation of a startup company and how to improve existing products and user experiences.

Responsibilities

As a UX Designer Intern, you will be involved in creating user-centric designs and optimizing interface experiences for our product. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, researchers, UI designer, and our data team to develop user flows, conceptualize design ideas, and ensure user comfort while using our product. You will utilize creative thinking skills to illustrate design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Additionally, you will learn to evaluate and optimize existing interface designs to enhance user satisfaction. You’ll strive to understand user needs and provide valuable input during design discussion by listening actively, thinking critically and creatively with your team.

Qualifications

• You must possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills is necessary as you will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Actively involved in communities is a plus.
• Portfolio of product design projects.
• Preferably based in Bali.
