User Interface Designer (Figma)

Responsibilities

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/application function and look like
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Support UI and UX for mobile phones application
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conduct user research
• Adhere to style standards on typography, colors and images
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Can manage and use Components in Figma
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinker
• Can manage and use Variant in Figma
• UI design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms
• Problem solver and customer-centered
• Detail-oriented
• Experienced with Figma. Knowledge of Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus
