Deep Dive Into Our Playground

Komerce’s mission is to reduceunemployment & urbanizationfrom village to the city. At the same time we also aim to growth together with SMEs by providing e-commerce team. Komerce is a platform that connects between a talent and SMEs in Indonesia to co-optimize business in internet remotely. SMEs are able to hire a talent as e-commerce team through the platform. We train unemployment youth around in Indonesia to be a master in e-commerce field that human interaction is still involved to optimize at the e-commerce flow, such as: online advertiser, social media admin, customer service, content writer, transaction data admin etc.

We will go big, we move from not only providing e-commerce team but also as an end-to-end e-commerce enabler. So that we plan to produce & develop the software that helpful for advancing SMEs across the nation.

We are a fast growing startup that is developing mobile apps to manage thousands of talents and SMEs through the apps. We need strong UI / UX designer to craft customer-centered design on our apps.

Responsibilities:

• Create UI design wireframes, mock ups and final designs across all mobile, desktop and tablet devices
• Work with the Product Manager to assess the impact of any UI changes / improvements
• Contribute to the company's UI design style guide or design system.
• Keep up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques

Technical Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of Design & Collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Wireframe tools like Whimsical) (is a plus)
• Problem solver and customer-centered.
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction HTML, CSS (is a plus)
• Encourage to learn English
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Fresh Grad are WELCOME. Coming from BARLINGMASCAKEB District are preferable
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A portfolio of professional UI / UX design work for both web and mobile platforms (is a plus)
• A team player but can work independently too.

Placement Requirement:

• Onsite in Purbalingga, Central Java
