Job Description

Trainer


  1. Conduct preparation material based on topic
  2. Develop module based on area of expertise
  3. Provide teaching to Online training participants
  4. Develop learning evaluation


Requirement


  1. Has a Bachelor's degree min. 5 years of working experience in QHSE, Safte Officer, or related field
  2. Has a sertification will be preffered
  3. Having a good teaching methods and tools
  4. Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  5. Organizational and time management abilities
  6. Able to operate Microsoft Office and use Google Workspace
  7. Able to learn quickly and adapt easily
  8. Have a good attitude, confident, and happy to support people's growth and development
  9. Have a laptop with a single-core 1GHz processor or higher, dual-core 2GHz or higher (Intel Core i3/i5/i7/ Ryzen 3/5/7 or AMD equivalent), and RAM: 4 Gb.
  10. Have Stable internet connection (4G/LTE)
  11. Active webcam or built-in HD webcam with USB plug-in
  12. Active speaker and microphone - built-in, USB plug-in, or Bluetooth wireless
