Requirements


  • Able to translate brand strategy into sales & engagement programs
  • Able to work in a start-up environment
  • Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Editor (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Diploma's degree in any major
  • Able to achieve sales targets
  • Have min. 1 year work experience in marketing/sales
  • Male
  • Have an honest attitude, agile, thorough, disciplined, adapt quickly, and have a high willingness to learn
  • Have a high commitment and loyalty at work
  • Have a passion for motorcycles is a must
  • Having good communication skills
  • Have organizational skills and problem/conflict resolution

  • Planning, organizing sales strategy
  • Plan, execute and evaluate activities with Kilap Premium community, influencers, brand partners
  • Play an active role in solving partner problems related to product sales and distribution
  • Supervise operational and budgeting processes related to partner sales orders
  • Planning, analyzing, evaluating and making policies related to prices, promotions and sales cooperation as well as achieving sales targets
  • Leading the trade marketing division
  • Translating brand strategy into marketing, collaboration and promotion programs.
