Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.


Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and work closely with external partners to create mutually beneficial campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive brand visibility and growth.
  • Progressively update on multi-operational dashboards and project management tools to make sure every single process of each project/campaign runs as well as the plan (timeline, checklist, dateline, etc.)
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance our brand's reach and impact.
  • Support the overall implementation of partnership programs including improving the work of marketing-technical level with a seamless flow.


Requirements:

  • Willing to be located in areas
  • Creative mindset to conceptualize innovative partnership campaigns and activations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, quick-thinker, willing to learn
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities
  • Min. 1-2 year experience as Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or any related major.
  • Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple partnerships simultaneously and ensure timely execution
