Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead a Creator Branding & Development team.
  2. Grow Cool-Vita's creators in terms of followers, image building, and personal branding.
  3. Monitor the performance and analyze the data to see how the creator can grow bigger
  4. Create a personalized branding plan and execution for each creator based on data analytics to define which personal branding suits the creators.
  5. Train the creators about content creation and quality improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A person that is highly skilled in KOL/TikTok Creator's branding. It is probably the creator itself.
  2. Understand all aspects of branding, especially personal/KOL/Creator branding.
  3. Has a minimum of 2-3 years experience in KOL/Creator management & growth.
  4. Has a proven record of developing/growing KOL/Creators will be prioritized.
  5. 5. Has been being a KOL/Creator will be a plus point.
