As a TikTok Admin, your job descriptions are:

• Keeping track of live streaming orders and maintaining the stock.
• Track traffic of live viewers and sales.
• Responsible for arranging and requesting samples for the live schedule then setting live products based on stock and coordinating with the agency team before live and maintaining the operation of live streaming.
• Monitoring stock for live product and product price strategy is running.
• At times should be ready to work during live-streaming sessions to coordinate with the agency team.
• Upload live promotion and set stock promo daily also make sure campaigns executed by E-Commerce Lead for live streaming are running.
• Make sure planning and executing live streaming day-to-day operation activities running well (TikTok Shop) and also operating the dashboard of TikTok for live streaming purposes.
• Communicate actively with E-Commerce Lead.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using MS Excel using intermediate Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot table).
• Have at least a year of experience in handling TikTok Shop (interns are also acceptable).
• Willing to work on-site at Delamibrands HQ at Alam Sutera.
