Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Assist customers in travel planning and ticketing matters

-Provide customer service through digital (Whatsapp, email) &

Telephone channel

-Recommend OTAQU products, fares & services to capture any

sales opportunity

-Respond to general inquiries and feedback from customers & travel agents


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any major

-Minimum 5 years of working experience in travel industry

-Familiar with GDS Sabre and Altea reservation system

-Have a good management skills and customer service oriented

-Have a good relationship with the airline operator

-Good command of written & spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English is a must

-Able to work under pressure

-Able to work independently as well as with a team

-Ready to join immediately
