Job Description
  • Coordinate with the GA Team and Technicians for smooth operations
  • Carry out inspection and maintenance of the entire building
  • Actively provide input for the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities
  • Responsible for the maintenance of building facilities and infrastructure
  • Make repairs to damage to building infrastructure, assets, etc
  • Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to schedule


Qualification


  • Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
  • Technical Vocational High School
  • Experienced as a Building Technician (Strong current and weak current electricity, AC, Plumbing,

Civil, and understand building construction)

  • Able to work individually or in groups
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
