Technician Instrumentation - Fresh Graduate

Job Responsibilities

Skilled entry level class in maintenance technician

Initially under close supervision, learn and perform a variety of duties in maintenance.

Maintain, repair, install and calibrate local transmitter, valves, analyzers, gas detectors and all equipment’s related to instrumentation.

Overhaul the main instrument including control and on-off valves, analyzer, system panel and so on

Operate shop cranes, dump trucks, forklifts, lifting handling device, shop machinery and related tools.

Ensure the timely and accurate completion of preventive/periodical maintenance activities.

Measure and write the maintenance record in field.

Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to Instrument Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.

Implement the Instruments field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.

Reuirements

• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Education : Minimum Diploma 3 in Physics Engineering
• Have experience about the Project.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good integrity, initiatives, and team work ability.
• Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences in Oil & Gas , Power Plant, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries are welcome to apply
• Eager to learn new knowledge
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
• Fluent in english communication interpersonal skills
