Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time school teacher to join our dynamic educational team in Banda Aceh. As a school teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing high-quality education to our students. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the curriculum guidelines provided by the school.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' intellectual, emotional, and social growth.
Assess and monitor students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support their development.
Utilize various teaching methodologies, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience for students.
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, academic performance, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
Uphold and enforce school policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area. A postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
Teaching certification from a recognized institution.
Previous experience in teaching, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in the intellectual and emotional development of students.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse classroom effectively.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with technology and its integration into the teaching and learning process.
