SCOPE OF WORK

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.

• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.

• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.

• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other measurements.

• Coordinate findings with the work of engineering personnel, clients, and others concerned.

• Adjust surveying instruments to maintain their accuracy.

• Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.

• Train assistants and helpers and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.

• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of topographic features.

• Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures especially related to construction process.

• Develop criteria for the design and modification of survey instruments.

• Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods, using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.

• Prepare the project document including the drawing and specification for engineering and construction purpose.

• Conduct the surveying related with the construction such as layout for earth works and layout building from green field until finish the project.

• Guide the construction crew according to the correct dimension according to design and specification (dimension control) and advise any on-site condition, building defects, or potential environmental impact within boundary lines.

• Conduct as built survey upon finish the project.

• Problem solving any problem related with surveying works and propose the solution.

• Create the report of each specific works for documentation and records.

DELIVERABLES

• Field survey layout including the position and elevation of structure,

• Hard copy and digital map survey,

• Survey benchmark surrounding the project area,

• Structural as built upon completion of the project,

• Field survey report for record and approval.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education background & Experience

a) Bachelor’s degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.

b) Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable University with minimum GPA 2.75.

c) Technical High School from a reputable School.

• Working experience

a) For Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, with (2) two years’ experience in plant construction or mining works.

b) For Diploma (D3) in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, (5) five years’ experience in plant construction or mining works.

c) For Technical High School Major in Surveying, (10) ten years’ experience in plant construction or mining works.

• Technical Skill

a) Able to read, understand, and interpreter, technical drawing (civil, structure, and mechanical)

b) Knowledge of fundamentals of surveying, trigonometry, mapmaking, and the methods, principles, and practice of surveying.

c) Able to understand the specification and tolerance of civil, structure and mechanical works stated on the project documents.

d) Having capability operate modern surveying instrument such like Total Station, Digital Level, Laser Level, Pipe Level with Leica brand is preferred.

e) Holding government LV driving license if preferred.

f) Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills.

• Software Skills

a) 2D&3D AutoCAD.

b) Autodesk Civil 3D.

c) Leica Infinity.
