As a Go-To-Market Intern, you will support the development and execution of strategies to bring our products to market successfully. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (under Operation Division), such as Business Development, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Project Management team, to ensure alignment and drive the company's growth objectives. This role requires a combination of research abilities, communication, analytical thinking, and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with different departments to solve issues.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including target market segmentation, value proposition, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing campaigns.
• Analysis: Analyze the research findings and suggest action plans.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, top brands, market trends, and competitive landscape. You will have the chance to directly interact with our customers and get their insight.

Requirements:

• Live in Jabodetabek
• Able to operate Google Workspace (especially Google Form and Google Spreadsheets)
• Willing to commute to automotive workshops (bengkel) around Jabodetabek
• Have a good understanding of research methodologies, especially qualitative research methods
• Possess great communication skills
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Final year students from all major with no classes left/limited online class (Fresh Graduates welcome to apply, majoring Statistic or MIPA is preferrable)

Internship Duration:

Minimum 3 months
