Supply Chain Trainee Jobs

Objectives:

Will be responsible in handling Procurement/Warehouse/Logistics matters depend on the interview result. The employee will be mastered the whole of the function on the Supply Chain Department.

Requirements

1. Hold at least bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field

2. Has experience of around 1-3 years in Logistics and/or Warehouse—expertise in handling delivery and warehouse management.

3. Communicative in English, both oral and written

4. Proactive and driven to learn a person

5. Willing to work in Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang and Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta (if needed)

Warehouse:

1. Handle goods receipt processing
2. Tools & material maintenance
3. Stock opname/ periodic stock checking
4. Issuing of parts/ materials
5. Housekeeping of the warehouse
6. Carry out duties are assigned by manager and department head

Procurement:

1. Handle price quotation, launch and execute tenders for materials and services procurement with an approved supplier list
2. Monitor and Communicate delivery/purchase order status
3. Liaise with vendor on shipment and invoice discrepancies
4. Comply with procurement policies and procedures
5. Responsible for warranty and claims process
6. Another job as directed by the user

Logistics:

1. Monitoring import and export shipment
2. Assist and Manage storage of goods and materials
3. Ensure urgency of each shipment
4. Negotiate with the supplier and freight-forwarder
5. Handled documentations of logistic matters
6. Another duty as requested by Managers.
