Job Description

Supervisor, Administration AM is responsible for managing the administrative teams’ and ensure that daily support operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative tasks and duties for each function and plan for the most efficient utilization of these resources.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily duties of the team to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
  • Give guidance to the team in handling errors, problems, complaints, and/or disputes – seek Manager’s assistance as required
  • Manage schedules, and deadlines and allocate responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative activities, goals, deadlines, and projects
  • Seek team involvement, and creativity, respect others and their ideas
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as required
  • Offer solutions for improvement
  • Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards
  • Ensure adequate flow of information within the team to facilitate other business operations
  • Encourage professionalism
  • Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees / new staff

  • At least 3 years experience in a Supervisory role and 5 years experience in an Administration
  • Imbued with a strong sense of customer focus (internal/external)
  • Energized by routines and structured tasks set by management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Administration or relevant discipline.
