Job Title: Shop Manager + Shopkeeper

We are looking for a stylish and passionate fashion enthusiast to join our team as a Shop Manager at our soon-to-be-opened store in Wear Rame. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the store
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staffing
• Manage the store's budget and expenses

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
