Stock Controller Supervisor (Tangerang)

JOB SUMMARY:

The stock controller team is a team that plays a very important role in the success of a warehouse operation. The task of a stock controller is not only to maintain stock conformity but also to cover putaway inventory, inventory stock transfers, inventory returns to suppliers, and packaging materials for suppliers.

The team's stock controller is also required to monitor defective, expired, and aging inventory. The team's stock controller will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that the inventory will be in the warehouse for a minimum period of time.

JOB DESC

- Ensuring the cycle count process runs for warehouse stock every day with a predetermined target.

- Check and submit a daily report on the results of the daily cycle count, stock report if there is a request from another division / Trade Partnership, and product expired date report.

- Make official report (Berita Acara) in accordance with the investigation of the difference in more / less than the stock of goods in the warehouse.

- Make a stock adjustment proposal if necessary after the official report (Berita Acara) have been approved and signed.

- Perform putaway for inventory that has passed the quality check, inventory transfers between warehouses, and inventory returns to suppliers.

- Do material packaging fulfillment for suppliers.

- Monitor and ensure the Standard Operational Procedure is running and implemented by all teams in the field.

- Work closely with the Order Fulfillment team to track IN and OUT stock if there is a discrepancy.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position and experienced in managing a big team.

- Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office.

Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), ISO, 5R.

- Skilled in inventory management.

- Understand Kaizen Application.

- Skilled in Warehouse Management System
