Job Description
What you will be doing:
  1. Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics
  2. Responsibilities for Performance Marketing Specialist include: Plan, launch and execute all digital marketing activities using different ads platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc
  3. Monitor and optimize paid channel campaigns to be more efficient in Cost Per Metrics, such as lower Cost Per Impression, Cost Per Click, Cost Per Transaction. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, including bid management, A/B Testing, and audience segmentation
  4. Plan and execute all digital performance activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display


What you should have:
  1. Bachelor's degree with min. 2 yrs experience in digital marketing / Performance marketing (having experience working at digital agency is preferred)
  2. Strong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization)
  3. Strong Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads & Facebook Ads experience having TikTok Ads will be advantageous. Analytics Tools (SEM, Google Analytics, Adjust/branch, etc)
  4. Solid knowledge of product analytics and marketing engagement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clevertap, etc)
  5. Willing to located to JIMBARAN-BALI
