Role Description

We are in search of a full-time Social Media and Marketplace Admin to join our team onsite in Cinere, Depok. As the Social Media and Marketplace Admin, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing content and marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, managing our online marketplace, and handling customer service inquiries. You will be working on 2 new brands, starting from 0. Payment will be a base salary plus commision.


Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing analytics and the ability to track and measure performance using various tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, online marketplace management or customer service related role.
  • Passion for the Islamic lifestyle and culture is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, handle a high volume of emails and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to write compelling copy that attracts potential customers.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating and collaborating with other team members.
