The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitors specific SEO efforts; gathers and analyzes data and reports results to the team
• Create and execute link building strategy
• Analyze SEO traffic metrics such as search engine referrals and keyword rankings
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's website search engine organic results rankings
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations (Google algorithm updates and more)
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to drive SEO in content marketing
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
• Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing in general and SEO in specific
• Proven portfolio of growing the SEO, real cases
• Data analytics experience will be a plus
• Good skills in English (especially speaking and writing) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, economics, management, or any related field
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and any other SEO analytical tools
