Job Description

:


  • Initiate new improvement or idea to support the process more efficient and productive
  • Responsible for communicating with importers/ exporters and freight forwarders / shipping line for shipping schedule and shipping documentation.
  • Monitor all transporters KPI by daily, weekly and monthly to ensure all good delivered within the targeted time
  • Make sure all importation is running effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
  • Monitor Transport System for delivery tracking and improve delivery performance
  • Monitor, control and coordinate with 3rd party logistic vendors on inbound and outbound process in the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods with minimum cost.
  • Finding solution for issues happen
  • Preparing and checking import & export documents.


Requirements :


  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Good communication, persuasive and have strong negotiation skills.
  • Plus: experience in F&B industry.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in SCM managerial level.
