Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop an effective HR system and SOP
  • Responsible for solving the problem of industrial relation in the company
  • Responsible for Human Resources functions
  • Good BEI skill
  • Takes charge of talent acquisition, talent management, and development which covers recruiting, performance evaluations, talent growth development plants, training and performance improvement plans.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree from Psychology or Management
  • Having good knowledge about Industrial Relation
  • At least having 1-2 years experience in HR
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill
