Senior Social Media Specialist

Job description:

• Promoting content through social advertising
• Driving brand awareness, engagement as well as building brand image
• Developing and maintaining social media strategy, targets and performance metrics based on research and benchmarking of social media strategies
• Stay updated to the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Maintaining the development of social media content and schedule (editorial calendar)
• Reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis on the impact of social media impact
• Managing juniors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related majors
• Experience in social media end-to-end process from planning, executing, to evaluating and analyzing
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing various social media
• Strong english writting, editing and proof-reading skills
• Robust and detail-oriented
• Able to utilize supporting tools, including but not exclusive to Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Canva
• Passionate about startups, venture capital, digital content, social space, emerging social media trends
