Senior Manager Operation & Performance - Power

CSG Talent are looking for a Senior Manager - Operation & Performance to work at the large scale operating coal powered power plant in Indonesia.

This is a long term, residential role in Indonesia and a very attractive relocation package will be provided.

Job Purpose Summary:

The incumbent shall direct & manage all the operating assets. The Incumbent will be responsible to oversee & manage all the Operations & Performance activities of the plant with a focus on ensuring favorable results for the company. The overall objective is to deliver predictable, excellence in operations, improving Technical & Commercial performance, environmental health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) performance that translates into strong sustainable financial results.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of O&M experience of power plants which 6 to 7 years should be in an Operations & Performance management role
• University degree in Engineering with emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical or Power from a recognized university. Second degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Required Special Skills:

• Familiarity with Corporate profiling, Marketing & Stakeholder engagement practices, good communication & presentation skills.
• Mobility to be posted in Indonesia, as per business needs.
• Good adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures & customs. Ability to work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds in a multi-location setting.
• Good technical understanding of Sub-critical & Super-critical Power & gas clean up plants of various technologies.
• Good understanding of how modern business works, strong commercial & analytical capability. Great awareness of business dashboards & their applications.
