Senior Implementator Jobs

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Business Administration or related fields

2. 3 years of experience of implementing software applications to clients, including experience in leading teams

3. Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project risks and challenges

5. Experience in change management and facilitating organizational change

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software

:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

2. Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration for optimal performance.

3. Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

4. Identify potential project risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and proactively monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption and transition for stakeholders impacted by the project.

6. Maintain clear and open communication channels, provide regular updates, and present progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

7. Identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer for successful implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies.
