Role in a nutshell

• Manage company payment and reimbursement process
• Handle multiple companies and to be able to keep track intercompany loan.
• Import transactions from our bank statements into our accounting software (Jurnal.id & Xero) and to reconcile against our sales report
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.

Qualification

• Can join immediately
• Know how to operate accounting software (IMPORTANT)
• Having advance skill on operating Microsoft Excel application
• Having good communicationand interpersonal skills
• Bachelor degree - Accounting/Management or related from reputable university
• Preferably having 3 year experience in Finance
