Senior Cad Drafter
:
•Create drawing concept form basic architectural design as directed by an Lead Architect
•Understanding Design process phase from Schematic Design until Construction Drawing
•Revise and finalize the basic architectural design according to the feedback from Engineers.
•Create for construction drawings (architectural) based on detail requisition accurately.
•Finalization of estimation drawings for construction drawings based on discussion and feedback result.
•Create and finalize as built drawing according to the actual process in the field.
•Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support the design.
Job Specification:
•Diploma of Civil Engineering/Architecture
•Have experience min 3-5 years as Architecture Drafter
•Have the ability to draw detailed drawings of each part
•Experience in producing construction documents/Shop Drawing
•Strong AutoCAD Skill (speed is essential), use of Xrefs, layering and overlay Architecture,Structure and MEP drawing.
•Strong Ability for 3D modelling and rendering with sketch up and other supporting program
•Revit is a plus
•Have experience project in Villa,Hospitality project (hotel etc.) or high rise building
•Have a knowledge in government regulation.
•Detail oriented, Fast learner, Eager to learn.
•Able to work in fast-paced environment
•Multitasking with several project
•Site Visit ability
•Good in English both oral and written.
•Would like to allocated work in Denpasar, Bali
