Security Operation Center Jobs

Responsibilities :

1. Managing Vulnerability Monitoring and Security Monitoring.

2. Monitoring, collecting, and responding to suspicious, inappropriate, and unauthorized activities related to the end user’s infrastructure systems and data.

3. Managing the process for handling security incidents related to the end user’s infrastructure systems.

4. Creating event/incident resolution report providing the actions taken based on pre-defined SLA and OLA due to the SOC operation.

5. Produce change requests regarding the information security system, if necessary, regarding events/incidents.

6. Providing correlation of threat data information about the current state of the end user’s IT security defenses to develop a realistic assessment of risks to the end user (Threat Intelligence Reporting).

Requirements :

1. Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, and related major.

2. IT Security certification would be an advantage.

3. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and Linux)

4. Threat Hunting knowledge

5. SLA basis.

6. Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures

7. Contractual basis.

8. Willing to be located on the end-user site.

9. Have the ability to communicate and adapt to new people.

10. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

11. Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues.
