Sap Hcm Functional Jobs

We are looking for SAP HCM to be part of our IT Back Office Automation. This position will to perform maintenance on the implementation of SAP modules for infrastructure and business functions to maintain a smooth system. This position will base in our Headquarter Office, Serpong Area.

s:

1. Provides current systems workflow for systems development analysis
2. Assisting experts in the workflow design process, finding alternatives and impact analysis of workflow changes
3. Doing system testing with experts to ensure there are no bugs in the system
4. Helping business partners in the operational process of using the system such as user mapping and troubleshooting
5. Facilitating the testing and training process for business partners for new systems
6. Provide periodic reports to the direct supervisor regarding project activities
7. Carrying out additional tasks from superiors that are still within their scope

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree from reputable university
2. Work experience min 3 years from Manufacturing industry with SAP System
3. Experience handling SAP HCM and familiar with S/4Hana.
4. Outstanding communication, inter-personal, consulting, research, and presentation skills
5. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem solving and learning skills
6. Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
7. Willing to work in Serpong.
