Sap Finance Control Consultant

The ERP is already implemented and running, your job will be to fine-tune and fix all the mistakes in the implementation to make the best of of SAP business.

Main Responsibilities

1. Set up the BOM.
2. Set up the production process.
3. Set up the Standard Costing.
4. Set up the item categories.
5. Set up the Sales Process.

Extra Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
4. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy companies' needs.
5. Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
6. Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.

Qualifications

1. Fluently in English
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
3. Minimum of 3 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.
4. Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM.

• The Salary range is $35 - $50 AUD per hour depending on your skills and abilities.
• Working Hours: Our working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Australian time. Please adjust your schedule to match our time zone. For example, if your time zone is 3 hours behind ours, you would need to start work at 6 AM your time.
• Role and Remote Work: The SAP Consultant position is a remote role, which means you will be working from home.
• Home Workspace Setup: You are responsible for setting up a suitable workspace at your home to perform your job effectively.
• Time Zone Requirement: We are specifically seeking an accountant from Indonesia who can work in our time zone, which is UTC +10 (Melbourne Time).
• Company Location: Our company is based in Victoria, Australia, not in Indonesia.
• RDP Access: Once onboarded, you will be provided with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access to our accounting system.
• No Travel Required: You are not required to visit Australia; you will perform all your tasks from your current location.
• Salary Payment: Salaries will be paid on a monthly basis through bank transfer. (You send us an invoice of the hours worked and (should be pre-approved) we will make the payment immediately.)
• Equipment Requirement: You will need to provide your own PC/laptop.
